CHS Student Named Student of the Month at Scott Tech
Launch the media gallery 1 playerCassville High School (CHS) Senior, Elissa Griffin, was named February Student of the Month at Scott Regional Technology Center in Monett.
Griffin is studying child development at Scott Tech and plans to pursue a career in child care after graduating from CHS this spring.
“Elissa shines with the preschoolers at Head Start,” said Geneva Blue, Work Experience Program Coordinator at Scott Tech. “She sees the best in the little ones and supports them on a daily basis. When life gets hard, Elissa focuses on what the kiddos need and the good things she can do for them. By making a positive difference in their lives, Elissa brings positive things to her life.”
Approximately 400 students attend Scott Tech from 14 different school districts across Southwest Missouri. 86 CHS students utilize the programs offered at Scott Tech.
