In partnership with Justin Brands in Cassville, Cassville Middle School has launched a "boot out bullying" campaign that will run September 7-December 4.
Justin Brands has generously provided an adult size pair of "bent rail" boots that will be manufactured at the Cassville plant. CMS Student Council members will be selling chances to win the boots at CMS events and CHS home football games.
The winner of the boots will have the opportunity to select the adult boot design of their choice from a select Justin Boots catalog.
Tickets are $1 for one chance to win or $5 for seven chances to win. All proceeds benefit the CMS counseling program and will be used for anti-bullying education such as speakers, classroom projects and curriculum.
Drawing will be held during half-time of the eighth grade girls basketball game at home versus Springfield Catholic on Monday, December 4. Winner does not have to be present to win.
