Cassville Middle School Beta Club Members Participate in State Competition
National Beta members from Cassville Middle School are celebrating their recent participation in the Missouri Junior Beta Convention. This is the inaugural year of Cassville Junior Beta Club, and the first competitive event for its members. Cassville Junior Beta had a total of 24 members competing in 19 various events. They were announced as winners of the following competitions:
- Robotics Team- 5th Place (Deisel Beranek, Waylon Austin, William Ray, Kobhe Ware, Cooper Phillips, Colton Brooks)
- Performing Arts Small Group- 4th Place (Briley Atherton, Scotti Blankenship, Reagan Truman & Chazlyn Artherton, Molly Cox)
- Briley Artherton- 5th Place- Color Photography
- Jacie Hudson- 4th Place- Variety Solo Performance
National Beta State Convention allows students the opportunity to compete in various academic, visual arts, scholarship and team events. These victories at the state level provide an opportunity to compete at the national level. The National Convention will be held at the Savannah International Convention Center in Savannah, GA during Summer 2024.
