Cassville Intermediate School Beta Club Members Participate in State Competition
National Beta members from Cassville Intermediate School are celebrating their recent participation in the Missouri Elementary Beta Convention. This is the second year the Cassville Elementary Beta Club, and the second competitive event for its members. Cassville Elementary Beta had a total of 31 members competing in 20 various events. They were announced as winners of the following competitions:
- Sylas Roark- 1st Place - Science (Grade 5)
- Aiden Harris - 3rd Place - Math (Grades 5)
- Reagan Johnson - 1st Place - Drawing Elementary (Grades 4-5)
- Engineering Elementary - 1st Place (Presley Daniels, Madisyn Phillips, Madelyn Phillips, Kenzleigh Speer, Keira Weldy)
- Robotics Elementary - 2nd Place (Jaxon Bohmke, Ryder Ellis, Dexter Beyer, Jamison Boone, Will Hoylcross, Chael Naugle)
National Beta State Convention allows students the opportunity to compete in various academic, visual arts, scholarship, and team events. These victories at the state level provide an opportunity to compete at the national level. The National Convention will be held at the Savannah International Convention Center in Savannah, GA, during Summer 2024.
